Frequently asked questions

Orders

Choose an available timepiece and complete the secure checkout, or contact our specialists for a private purchase. Every watch can first be reserved with a deposit that is calculated on its value.

Yes. An eligible timepiece is reserved with the deposit shown on its product page while our team finalises identification, delivery and the remaining invoice with you.

Yes. Private viewings are available by appointment. Contact our specialists to arrange a suitable time.

Reservations & deposits

You select a timepiece, open the reservation form, complete your details and pay the deposit securely. The watch is then withdrawn from sale for you while documentation, final authentication and delivery are arranged.

Exclusive timepieces are supplied to order and by reservation. The deposit confirms your intent so we can take the watch off the market, decline other inquiries and start the final authentication.

It depends on the value of the model: up to €5,000 the deposit is €500; from €5,000 to €10,000 it is €1,000; from €10,000 to €20,000 it is €2,500; from €20,000 to €30,000 it is €5,000; above €30,000 the deposit is 10% of the price. The exact amount is always shown on the product page and in checkout before you pay.

The remaining balance is settled in line with the order and before or upon delivery, by bank transfer or in person at our Amsterdam Zuidas office. Your deposit is deducted in full from the final invoice.

If we cannot deliver the watch as described, or it does not pass our final authentication, the deposit is refunded in full within five business days. If you cancel a confirmed special order, the reservation and purchase conditions on the reservation page apply.

Delivery

Available watches are generally dispatched within one to three working days after payment and final verification.
